The Kitchen Widow is NOW AVAILABLE!
In 2012, I found myself a newly widowed mother. Through 10 years of caregiving for my late husband, I have gathered a toolkit of supportive resources and advice, and today I am sharing this with you.
If you’ve ever been touched by profound loss; walked the path of caregiving; or simply asked yourself “What do I do, What do I say?,” then The Kitchen Widow is where I hope you find advice and inspiration.
I know it can be a difficult and seemingly lonely process, but I’m here to tell you that you are not by yourself in this journey. The Kitchen Widow is my way of sharing my experience with caregiving and how I am still learning new ways to connect with loved ones and reach out when I need assistance. If you take away anything from this course, I hope it is that even the most resilient caregivers deserve love, support and a comforting home cooked meal. The Kitchen Widow is designed to provide all three!
